What Do I Say? Navigating Difficult Conversations with Your Supervisor workshop

Is there something you’ve been struggling to say to your faculty supervisor or a colleague? Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of graduate school, but knowing how to navigate them can be challenging.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore what makes a conversation “courageous” and how these conversations fit within the supervisory relationship. Through case studies and reflective group discussions, we’ll consider common challenges and perspectives, while developing practical interpersonal skills to approach difficult conversations with greater confidence, clarity, and care.
