Hacking Perfectionism
February 4, 3-4 p.m.
High expectations and unrealistic standards. Accomplishments that never seem good enough. Harsh judgement on self-worth and achievement. Sound familiar? Perfectionism might be holding you back and even lead to burnout, depression, and anxiety.
Managing Imposterism
February 12, 2-3 p.m.
“I’m faking it.” “I’m not as capable as my classmates.” “I don’t belong here.” Do these thoughts play in your head from time to time? It is very common among post-secondary students to sometimes feel like an imposter. Learn more about this phenomenon and how to manage these thoughts and feelings with less distress.
Managing Your Inner Critic
February 23, 1-2 p.m.
Learn strategies to develop self-compassion and reduce self-criticism. This workshop supports students who find they tend to be their own harshest critic.
