Thriving with ADHD workshops are tailored to students who have either been diagnosed or self-identify as having ADHD or inattention concerns, and feature resilience and learning strategies specifically adapted to support them. You can attend all sessions, or pick and choose the ones that work for you!
- May 13, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Finding Time for Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition and Motivation
- May 20, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Building Self-Compassion and Accountability
- May 27, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Setting Priorities and Pacing Yourself
