Summer OSAP Extension Application

The online Summer OSAP Extension Application is now available and can be accessed here. All eligible students should use the “Extension” application as opposed to completing a new OSAP application on the OSAP website. Creating a new application online will cause delays and a reduction in funding.

Before completing it, be sure to confirm your eligibility requirements. For graduate students, you must have full-time registration status or confirmation from your coordinator that you will be in a 60% course load (or 40% if you have a documented permanent disability).

The application will require students to log in with UTORID, and will be available to those who received full-time OSAP funding at U of T in the 2017-18 fall/winter session. Students who are already getting OSAP for the summer through their main OSAP application will also be blocked from the application (e.g. PhD students who receive OSAP funds for Sept-Aug).

If you’re planning to request a summer tuition fee deferral, apply starting April 16. Follow the directions on ACORN to request the fee deferral after your summer invoice appears.
