Improve your mental health through physical activity with MoveU.HappyU, a free, unique virtual six-week program that offers behaviour change coaching and exercise training to U of T students. This program is for help-seeking undergrad and graduate students and aims to help reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety. The program is open to both international and domestic students enrolled in academic courses at U of T. Apply now!

Sport & Rec is excited to welcome students back into our Athletic Centre and Varsity Arena starting on January 31! Take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities to get active such as open gym, drop-in sports and lane swimming. More programming will be available in the coming weeks and a number of activities will no longer require sign-ups in advance – Drop in and get moving again!
