SGS Research Travel and Conference Grants 2017

The 2017 SGS Research Travel Grant online application opens mid-February. This program supports PhD students in Humanities or Social Science for whom research travel to sites (e.g., fieldwork, consultation of specialists and of primary or secondary sources, etc.) either within or outside Canada is required in order to complete their dissertation.

The Winter 2017 SGS Conference Grant online application opens mid-March for eligible students who expect to present their research at an academic conference between March and October 2017. The grant assists students with the registration cost and supplements other existing conference funding. Check out the SGS News page or Ulife Opportunities in February and March for more information.
