Register for the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition

Do you want to learn the art of communicating your research to a wider audience? Think you can effectively present your research in three minutes or less? Then the 3MT Competition is for you!

If you are a research-based and professional master’s or doctoral student engaged in a major research project or writing a dissertation, at any campus and in any discipline, you are eligible.

Heats will fill up quickly so please sign up soon.  Training sessions by U of T 3MT-winning Cristina D’Amico are available to all registered 3MT presenters.

Preliminary Heats

St. George Campus Heats: March 2 to 13. Click to register.

Semi-finals

• March 17 at 4pm 
• March 18 at 1pm
• March 18 at 5pm

Finals
