Offered through Health & Wellness’ Indigenous Counselling Services, this seasonal four-part series begins January 23, 2026. Indigenous Students are invited to spend time on the Land engaging in grounding activities that support emotional regulation, reflection, and overall wellness. Together, we’ll engage in practices and cultural teachings that deepen our connection to the Land, ourselves, and each other.
