GPS—Graduate Professional Skills—is a program offered through the School of Graduate Studies that helps you build critical career skills beyond what you will gain in your academic work.

Take GPS seminars, workshops, and non-credit courses to strengthen your career potential, whether you are exploring professional paths within or outside of academia. Learn about effective communication, planning and time management, entrepreneurship, ethical practices, teamwork and leadership. Network with fellow students and mentors, and get to know the variety of services and resources across U of T’s three campuses that can help you meet your career goals.

Successful completion of GPS courses will be recognized by a transcript notation.
