OSAP: What’s New
Have you heard that OSAP will be changing for 2017-2018 and want to learn more? Visit the OSAP Transformation page on the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities site to read some handy FAQs.
OSAP payment procedures for September
First-time OSAP applicants must complete and submit their Signature Pages and Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) before their OSAP funds can be processed and disbursed. OSAP loans/grants are issued via direct deposit, provided you have qualified for OSAP and have a valid MSFAA. The University will be able to confirm your enrolment and OSAP will deposit your funds directly into your bank account after classes have begun. If you’re a first-time applicant, have taken a two-year break in study, or have established residency in another participating province/territory, simply re-submit your MSFAA to a designated Canada Post outlet to be eligible for direct deposit.
