New Unconscious Bias Training Module: Inclusive Academic Cultures

The Toronto Initiative for Diversity & Excellence (TIDE) and the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) are excited to announce the launch of Inclusive Academic Cultures: Ideas for Making Change, the newest module from the four-part Unconscious Bias online education series.

All U of T community members are strongly encouraged to engage with this education series to help ensure an inclusive academic environment.

This series introduces unconscious bias, identifies how it manifests in typical processes and procedures and explores how academic units can adopt more inclusive practices. These modules are designed to facilitate deeper conversations about interrupting bias and acting to promote more inclusive institutions.
