Women Only Hours: Athletic Centre and Varsity Centre 

Women-identifying students are welcome to drop-in for any of our women only programs. We offer open gym, lane swimming, stick n’ puck, field sports, volleyball and basketball.

Dance for everyBODY: Every Wednesday, February 8 – March 22, 8-9 p.m. @ Goldring Fitness Studio 

Join a weekly drop-in dance class for every-BODY, every mind and every experience level. Express yourself through popping, locking, breaking, house, freestyle and many other hip-hop sub-genres. Simplified and seated demonstrations will be provided. Come and find your groove!

MoveU BrainBreak: February 8 and 9 from 12-2:30 p.m. @ Robarts Library – Second Floor 

Take a break to move your body, refresh your brain and improve your mood. Free food, fun activities and prizes! Encourage students to check it out – especially if they’re already going to be at the library! 

MoveU Skate n’ Hearts: February 13 from 7-8:30 p.m. @ Varsity Arena

Move with Culture: Métis Jigging March 2 from 4-6 p.m. @ Goldring Fitness Studio
