Mindfulness Meditation 2019 with Liam

Where: Mondays, 12:10-1 pm
Where: Grad Room, 66 Harbord Street

Join us every Monday noon hour in the Grad Room for mindfulness mediation.

Following the silent, 20-minute meditation, we will discuss our mindfulness practice as a group for approximately 10 minutes. This is an opportunity to hear from graduates that may be doing research in this area.

The group will then mediate for a further 20 minutes.
