In a safe, inclusive space, our facilitators guide you through simple practices to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Whether you need a break from studying or want to boost your focus and presence, these weekly sessions are your chance to train your mind and recharge. Mindful Moments Yoga at Multi-Faith Centre
End your day with a relaxing stretch and mindfulness meditation class at the Multi-Faith Centre! The classes will run on Thursdays throughout Winter 2026 from 5 to 5:45 p.m. You must register in advance for each session individually! Thursdays, 5–5:45 p.m.
