In a safe, inclusive space, our facilitators guide you through simple practices to help you pause, breathe, and reset. Whether you need a break from studying or want to boost your focus and presence, these weekly sessions are your chance to train your mind and recharge. Join us weekly and make mindfulness part of your routine!
