Do you find talking to new people difficult? Do your fears hold you back from making connections? Are you finding it hard to build meaningful connections in online environments? Talking and connecting with new people is a challenge that everyone faces, so we created this workshop to help you develop the skills you need to not only make new connections, but to manage the fear and anxiety that comes along with it. We will teach you how to make new connections during your graduate programs and help you practice these skills so that you’ll leave with experience and confidence that will help you continue talking to new people.
