Meditation sessions at Grad Room

When: (weekly) Mondays, 12:10-1 pm
Where: Grad Room, 66 Harbord Street


This series, part of part of Mindful Moments at U of T, will be continuing over summer.  All are welcome!

About the session
We begin promptly at 12:10 pm with a 20-minute silent meditation practice. Following the silent meditation we will discuss our mindfulness practice as a group for approximately 10 minutes. This is an opportunity to hear from graduates that may be doing research in this area. Following the discussion we will meditate for a further 20 minutes.

Please come before 12:10 pm if you wish to receive further instruction.
