In this workshop you will:
- Gain strategies for managing test anxiety, including managing our thoughts as well as our physical well-being.
- Consider how to integrate mindfulness and grounding strategies in your study plans to cope with preparation and test anxiety.
- Learn why we often feel so stressed out when preparing for and writing exams, and how anxiety can affect performance.
- Explore common thinking traps that might perpetuate our stress leading up to tests.
