Winter 2020 term SGS Better Coping Skills workshops

The School of Graduate Studies, in collaboration with Health & Wellness, offers a series of free Better Coping Skills Workshops to help you develop coping skills to meet the demands of university, work, and personal life. 

February 4: Balanced Thinking

February 18: Behavioural Change

March 3: Emotion Regulation

March 17: Balanced Living

Where: 65 St. George Street, Room 101 (view campus map)

Time: 11:30 am – 1 pm

Registration is limited to 15 participants; register early. If you have accessibility accommodation needs, please advise during your registration.
