Join the Science Rendezvous Executive Committee
Science Rendezvous has begun recruiting executive committee members to organize our 2023 event! We are seeking individuals who not only have a keen interest in scientific outreach, but who also have or would like to gain experience with event planning (involving strong leadership, organizational skills, budgeting, and coordinating with third parties).
Science Rendezvous at the University of Toronto is a non-profit, student-run, organization that focuses on introducing scientific concepts in a relatable and engaging manner to the general public, in particular to youth and their families. We host Canada’s largest science outreach festival, which brings science out of the lab and onto the street, reaching over 25,000 visitors annually on the St. George Campus.
About the Role
The average time commitment is around 1-3 hours per week depending on your position (Team Head or Team Executive). For more information about each position, please visit (Science Rendezvous 2023 – Executive Breakdown.pdf)
