The Teaching Assistants’ Training Program (TATP) is a peer-training program that annually hires a team of 15 Graduate Educational Developers and Coordinators to facilitate mandatory first contract training for Teaching Assistants and graduate student Course Instructors, as well as professional development and pedagogical support to graduate students at all three campuses of the University of Toronto.
The Teaching Assistants’ Training Program is hiring the following positions for the 2026-27 fall and winter sessions:
- TATP Team Coordinator – 3 positions, 300 hours
- TATP Course Instructor Coordinator – 1 position, 300 hours
- TATP EDIA Coordinator – 1 position, 300 hours
- TATP Graduate Educational Developer – 8 positions, 210 hours
- TATP UTM Graduate Educational Developer – 1 position, 210 hours
- TATP UTSC Graduate Educational Developer – 1 position, 210 hours
