The Centre for Research & Innovation Support (CRIS) is continuing its popular series on Research Project Management facilitated by Alison Paprica, PhD PMP, Professor (adjunct) and Senior Fellow, Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Dalla Lana School of Public Health.

In this webinar, Dr. Paprica will present three light-touch project management tools tailored for research. Using Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PPT, and Word, this webinar will use real world examples to show how these tools can be put to effective and immediate use in research project management.

As research becomes more collaborative and complex, its inherent uncertainties and organizational challenges can become more acute. This webinar presents strategies, tools, and templates for effective governance and risk management for research projects, all of which can be applied using Microsoft Office software.
