Graduating This November?

Be sure to clear any outstanding financial obligations to the university no later than October 20 in order to receive your diploma.

If you’ve met all your degree requirements and your fees are paid in full, you are on your way to graduation! Consult Producing Your Thesis for details, and keep yourself on track with the handy checklist offered by the Office of Convocation. As of October 10 you can book your gown and hood, request guest tickets and RSVP your attendance via the Office of Convocation.

Unable to attend? The Office of Convocation offers diploma courier service for a fee, or you can have a designate pick up your diploma on your behalf.

Need graduate photos? Can Grad will be on-site at the School of Graduate Studies, 63 St. George Street, on October 30 & 31, and November 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 & 8. Book your seating directly with CanGrad (mail@cangrad.com).

Need a Post-graduate Work Permit? Once you have completed your program requirements, you can request a letter from the Program Completion offices at SGS, which you can use to apply for your post-grad work permit.
