Graduate Wellness Counselling

During the Fall 2020-2021 term, Graduate students can access counselling online.  The Health and Wellness Centre on the St. George Campus continues to offer brief counselling services either by telephone or video conferencing tailored to the challenges presented by graduate-level university life. The focus of counselling is on identifying strengths, acquiring resiliency, and building coping skills.

Better Coping Workshops for Undergraduate and Graduate Students:

  • feel like your emotions are overwhelming and difficult to tolerate? 
  • avoid situations or activities because they make you nervous or because you think you’ll fail? 
  • push yourself to do things perfectly, but still feel like a failure? 

If any of these apply to you, we can help. Were offering aseries of free workshops, online to helpyoudevelop coping skills to meet the demands of university, work, and personal life.

The 4 workshop series will be offered on the same day and time throughout the fall term.
