Graduate Wellness Counselling
During the Fall 2020-2021 term, Graduate students can access counselling online. The Health and Wellness Centre on the St. George Campus continues to offer brief counselling services either by telephone or video conferencing tailored to the challenges presented by graduate-level university life. The focus of counselling is on identifying strengths, acquiring resiliency, and building coping skills.

If any of these apply to you, we can help. We’re offering a series of free workshops, online to help you develop coping skills to meet the demands of university, work, and personal life.

When: Tuesdays, 12:00 pm – 1:30 PM
The 4 workshop series will be offered on the same day and time throughout the fall term.
