GPS Conflict Resolution Fundamentals Series – February Sessions
When: February 5, 12 and 19, 3-5 pm
Where: Grad Room, 66 Harbord Street
This series of 3 workshops run by the Graduate Conflict Resolution Centre helps graduate students understand what conflict is as well as the role of effective communication and negotiation in conflict resolution. Participants will have an opportunity to practise various strategies for resolving and de-escalating conflict.
