GPS Conflict Resolution Fundamentals
When: August 21, 22 and 23 2018, 10 am-12 pm
Where: Grad Room, 66 Harbord Street
A series of 3 workshops run by the Graduate Conflict Resolution Centre designed to help graduate students understand what conflict is and the role of effective communication and negotiation in conflict resolution. Students will have an opportunity to practice various strategies for resolving and de-escalating conflict.
Registration is for all 3 workshops (Completion = 2 GPS credits).
