Whether you prefer to workout outdoors or online, Sport & Rec has got you covered! 

Starting this November in compliance with the Ontario government’s emergency measures, Sport & Rec will offer an array of online and outdoor fitness programming for all fitness levels.  

Access to these programs is free for incidental fee-paying students enrolled in fall/winter courses at U of T, so please share with students in your networks.  

Programs include: 

Barre: Dedicate time to improving your posture and alignment in this fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga. 

Big HIIT: This full-body boot camp-style circuit class will have you feeling stronger and more confident. 

Cardio Dance Party: If you liked Zumba or BollyX, you’ll love Cardio Dance Party. 

Fitness FUNdations (Squad Training): A personalized coaching experience designed to help you reach your goals. 

Mobile MoveU: Want the workout to come to you? Contact the MoveU Crew

Open Gym: Enjoy an independent workout outdoors in the concourse at Varsity Centre. 

Vogue Dance Class: An all-level dance class teaching the five elements of vogue dance every week!  

Virtual Group Fitness: Workouts streamed live & on-demand seven days a week.
