GCAC: Course registration opens on April 13 at 10 am!
The Graduate Centre for Academic Communication (GCAC) offers non-credit courses and workshops on a range of topics related to improving your academic writing and speaking skills.
GCAC Courses/Workshops – GCAC’s Summer 2023 course and workshop schedule will be posted on our website by next week. Registration for next round of courses opens on Thursday, April 13th at 10:00 am. Some courses will be offered in person and some online. Be sure to check the mode of delivery before registering. Students may take a maximum of 2 courses in each session. Students who enroll in more than 2 courses in May/June session will be removed from all GCAC courses.
GCAC Bootcamps – We will be offering a Virtual Research Article Bootcamp on April 19-20, 2023. To apply for a place, please fill out this form by the end of the day on April 17. Once the instructor has assessed your eligibility for the boot camp, they will advise you whether or not you have been accepted. In order to participate, you must be available to attend for the full two days without exception.
GCAC Writing Centre – One-on-One appointments can be booked in our Writing Centre. All appointments are 40 minutes long. Students may book up to 4 appointments per term. We are currently offering both in-person and online Writing Centre appointments. More information on our Writing Centre
