Four week Introduction to Yoga

This beginner level series will introduce students to the structure and flow of a typical yoga class at a gym or drop-in setting on campus. These sessions are geared towards international students.

By the end of this series students will:
– Be familiar with the terminology used in yoga classes including common pose and movement names
– Be more confident practicing yoga on their own, in a gym or at a yoga studio
– Know how to use props such as blocks, bolsters and straps

5:15-6:15 p.m. Yoga
6:15-6:45 p.m. Community Tea available
