FacMed students — Free Yoga and HIIT classes this summer!
The Graduate Peer Support Network is hosting a series of Yoga and HIIT classes throughout the entire summer for FacMed students!
Camera during session is optional and you’re also welcome to join late or leave early from class.
Yoga Sessions
Date: Every Tuesday
Time: 7 – 8 pm

De-stress with a calming yoga routine, which includes gentle and simple full body stretching and breathing techniques, creating a space for relaxation and meditation.
Virtual HIIT Class
Date: Every Thursday
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm

HIIT is high intensity interval training, a cardio-intensive and fun way to work up a sweat! All levels of HIIT experience are welcome. The session also incorporates low impact options to accommodate different levels or if you’re concerned about noise.
