Countdown to June 2017 Convocation

Planning to graduate in June? Please keep these points in mind:

  1. All your degree requirements must be met by April 21. Master’s students must have completed all coursework and submitted a thesis (if required). Doctoral students must have successfully completed their final oral exam and submitted a final approved thesis by the April 21 deadline.
  2. In order to receive a diploma, order transcripts, or receive a letter certifying completion, your fees must be paid in full, even if you deferred payment when you registered for the September and/or January sessions.
  3. If you’re from OISE, please note that OISE deadlines are a few days ahead of those of SGS. Check the OISE Registrar’s Office schedule for OISE sessional dates.
