Join Health & Wellness, Housing Services and UTSU to cook a delicious meal!
At this meal prep event, you will learn basic cooking skills to whip up a batch of vegan, gluten-free chili. Optional toppings such as cheese and avocado will also be provided. You’ll also learn valuable nutritional information and meal prep tips from the student-led HealthyU Crew and have a chance to play some games and connect with each other. Once the chili is cooked, we’ll sit down to enjoy our meal creations together.
This event is open (and free) for all U of T St. George campus students and all cooking skill levels are welcomed. Spots are limited so make sure to sign up soon. We look forward to seeing you all there!
