This session is aimed at introducing the importance of a strengths-based approach to career exploration. Through the CliftonStrengths approach, which is based on positive psychology principals, we’ll explore the science behind the power of using a strengths based approach in career education, provide you with some key strategies to identify your strengths, and give you tips to build an action plan for your career. You will also be able to understand and articulate the importance of focusing on strengths in your career exploration and discover tools and resources to uncover them.
