Come work out at Open Gym with Sport & Rec!

Timed-entry registrations and time limits have been lifted at the Athletic Centre and Goldring Centre for open gym workouts.

Access weights, squat racks, training turf, strength machines, bodyweight training and cardio equipment at:

  • The Strength & Conditioning Centre at the Goldring Centre 
  • The newly renovated Strength & Conditioning Centre at the Athletic Centre
  • The Athletic Centre Field House 

Bring your T-card and give yourself a movement break!
