Call for submissions: 2026 Climate & Health Conference

The Collaborative Centre for Climate, Health & Sustainable Care invites submissions for papers, panels, workshops, and posters that examine climate change alongside related ecological challenges, including biodiversity loss, pollution, and land/water degradation, and their implications for planetary health for our 2026 Climate & Health Conference on October 23.

We welcome submissions that report on rigorous research from diverse medical, social or physical science disciplines, or innovative and impactful solutions in policy and practice across local, national, and global contexts.   • Panels: 3 to 4 speakers addressing a topical issue and a facilitated discussion (75 minutes)
  • Interactive workshops/roundtables: Interactive sessions with short presentations, facilitated dialogue, participatory activities, or collaborative problem-solving related to a specific issue (75 minutes)
  • Oral presentations: Full (15 minutes) or rapid fire (7 minutes) to be presented alongside topically or methodologically similar presentations
  • Poster presentations: Featured in a scheduled poster session to support discussion and networking; posters will be displayed for all-day viewing
