Black Research Network (BRN) Research Workshop Series is back
The BRN Research Workshop Series provides various opportunities for participants to improve their knowledge of existing research grants and equip them with relevant information and tools to navigate their academic careers and industry.
In Research Program Planning Workshop III, Nicole Kaniki, director of EDI in research innovation at U of T, will lead a collaborative research planning session utilizing tools to develop three- to five-year research program plans. U of T research officers will share successful approaches and strategies to prepare for SSHRC, CIHR & NSERC grants.
The sessions take place on all three U of T campuses on various dates – starting on Feb. 3 at UTM. (UTSC will have a session on Feb 10 and St. George on March 3.) Workshops are open to Black and Indigenous faculty, postdoctoral scholars, doctoral students, junior faculty/early career researchers at the University of Toronto.
