Assistant Invigilator positions – MD Program

The Temerty Faculty of Medicine’s Undergraduate Medical Education Department is hiring 14 Assistant Invigilators for the 2025–2026 academic year. The role primarily involves supervising in-person assessments, including Mastery Exercises and Progress Tests, for the MD Program. Invigilators are responsible for ensuring exam integrity by adhering to university and program policies, monitoring exam durations, verifying student identification, and maintaining confidentiality of all assessment and student information.

Applicants must be graduate students registered with the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto for the 2025–2026 academic year and available for in-person shifts between August 25, 2025, and August 23, 2026. Prior invigilation experience is considered an asset. Candidates should be familiar with and capable of applying university and relevant policy guidelines.
