Alumna in the News: Dr. Senjuti Saha

Established in 2015 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Goalkeepers “brings together a new generation of leaders to address the world’s major challenges,” including poverty and inequality. This year, the event took place September 24-25 in New York City in the wake of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Climate Action Summit.

U of T Alumna Senjuti Saha (PhD, Molecular Genetics, 2016; U of T 3MT Runner-up, 2016) was there.

At the invitation of Bill Gates, she delivered an inspirational presentation sharing her experiences as a microbiologist and her passion for driving change as part of the Child Health Research Foundation in Bangladesh.

Congratulations, Senjuti!
