Introducing Fitness Foundations
Learn how to confidently exercise on your own with Fitness Foundations, a crash course for beginners and those looking to gain more knowledge and independence in exercising at the gym. Join this six-session program (two sessions per week for three weeks) to learn fundamental exercises and movement basics so you can safely use gym equipment, perform exercises with proper technique and confidently build your own workouts!

Did you know that physical activity can help decrease negative mood and stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhance academic success? MoveU.HappyU is a unique six-week program that offers behaviour change coaching and exercise training to students for mental health support at no cost! The program is open to both international and domestic students enrolled in academic courses at U of T. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome!
