2024-25 Scholarship for Graduate Dementia Research by Black Students – deadline June 30

The Toronto Dementia Research Alliance (TDRA) is a coalition among the University of Toronto and affiliated academic hospitals.

TDRA is pleased to announce the 2024-25 Scholarship for Graduate Dementia Research by Black Students. This scholarship was created to respond to the historical under-representation of Black students and faculty in research, particularly in the field of dementia research.

Open to:

  • Master’s ($10,000/year for 2 years; $20,000 total) and PhD ($15,000/year for 2 years; $30,000 total) students;
  • Domestic and international applicants (living in or planning to move to and study in Canada);
  • Those who identify as Black.
