2024-25 Hart House Mentorship Program – apply to be matched with an alumni mentor

Are you a current graduate student at U of T? Are you interested in getting matched with an alumni mentor this fall? If so, we are now accepting student mentee applications to participate in the 2024-25 Hart House Mentorship Program.

This mentorship program will provide the opportunity for students to connect one-on-one with accomplished and engaged alumni and friends from the Hart House community.

The Hart House Mentorship Program matches mentors and mentees not only on the basis of their professional pursuits and ambitions, but also on their personal priorities, interests and passions. In most cases, mentees will be matched with mentors who have similar interests or common backgrounds, but are in completely different career fields.

Time Commitment: We suggest a minimum of three meetings with your mentor during the school year (phone or online meetings are fine). In addition, there will also be an in-person opening reception on October 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., where participants will have an opportunity to meet young alumni and the other participants in the program.

Eligibility: If you are a current graduate student at U of T, then you are eligible to apply.

Please apply now using the online form. If you have any questions, you can contact Elisa Chen at elisa.chen@mail.utoronto.ca.

*Please note, demand for the program is strong. As such, not every student who applies will get matched.
