2023-24 OGS application – apply now

The U of T OGS Online Application for the 2023-24 academic year is still open for many programs, but you may have to act quickly. Each graduate unit sets their own OGS application deadline. Be sure to adhere to your graduate unit’s deadline and any additional application requirements. The OGS recognizes academic excellence in graduate studies at the master’s and doctoral levels in all disciplines of academic study. The value of the OGS is $5,000 per session.  

If you are Indigenous to Canada (A person Indigenous to Canada, as recognized in the Constitution Act, 1982, is a person who identifies with First Nations (Status/Non-Status), Métis, or Inuit), and applying for OGS, you may be considered for one of at least three (3) OGS awards that the University is providing to Indigenous students.​​​​ So be sure to self-identify your status on the OGS application.
