Apply now: 2025-26 Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS)

The U of T OGS online application for the 2025-26 academic year is still open for many programs, but you may have to act quickly. Each graduate unit sets their own OGS application deadline. Be sure to adhere to your graduate unit’s deadline and any additional application requirements. The OGS recognizes academic excellence in graduate studies at the master’s and doctoral levels in all disciplines of academic study. The value of the OGS is $5,000 per session. Thus, awardees may receive $10,000 for two consecutive sessions or $15,000 for three consecutive sessions.

If you are Black and/or Indigenous to Canada (recognized in the Constitution Act, 1982, i.e., First Nations (Status/Non-Status), Métis or Inuit) and have self-identified as such on your OGS application, you may be eligible for automatic consideration for the SGS Inclusive Excellence Graduate Scholarship competition​​.
