Launch of the review of the Code of Behaviour on Academic Matters
Changes to the university’s Code of Behaviour on Academic Matters (CBAM), were last approved June 25, 2019. CBAM is concerned primarily with the integrity of the teaching and learning relationship, and the responsibilities of faculty members and students to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity.
Vice-Provost Heather Boon will undertake wide consultation on these and other principles foundational to academic integrity at U of T. All members of the university community are invited to submit their feedback through the initial survey, which will remain open until November 30.
In a later phase, members of the U of T community will have a chance to comment on proposed changes to the language of CBAM.
