Image Integrity in Scientific Research, featuring Dr. Elisabeth Bik

U of T’s Research Oversight and Compliance Office and UHN’s Research Quality Integration Office invite researchers in the life sciences to join us on November 8 from 9am-12pm for an interactive and informative public seminar on Image Integrity in Scientific Research. Presented by Dr. Elisabeth Bik, a world-renowned expert in scientific image manipulation and misconduct, this seminar is open to anyone from the University of Toronto or TAHSN institutions, including faculty, graduate students, postdocs and technical staff.

Light refreshments will be served.

This event is made possible through a grant from the Secretariat for the Responsible Conduct of Research, the Panel on Research Ethics, the Panel on Responsible Conduct of Research, the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council.
