Understanding conflict workshop

This workshop from the Centre for Graduate Mentorship and Supervision (CGMS) helps participants understand how conflict escalates, what typically leads to conflict within the supervisory relationship, and offers models on how to better understand conflict. Participants will be provided with case studies and asked to make use of what they have learned in group conversations.

The “Understanding Conflict” registration is currently open, and will be offered in a hybrid format.
