Research and Academic Resiliency and Adaptation Tool Kit
At the School of Graduate Studies, we know that graduate students sometimes have to contend with disruptions to their research. To help students get back on track, we have created a new Research and Academic Resiliency and Adaptation Tool Kit that outlines approaches and supports to help graduate students with timely program completion in the face of disrupted research trajectories.
Highlights of the tool kit include:
- A model to transition, pivot, and/or extend an academic and research trajectory
- SGS academic supports (e.g. course load substitutions, extensions, our three Centres)
- SGS financial aid supports (e.g. emergency grants, bursaries, and loans, SGS parental grant, SGS Master’s Completion Bursary)
We invite all graduate students to explore this page and familiarize themselves with the various policies and supports available to them.
